Facilitation is a superpower that can unlock your ability to quickly make decisions, innovate and build team culture. Knowing when and how to bring people together - both online and offline - is key to being a great manager, leader, team member. 

In this interactive online training series you’ll learn the essential skills to improve your facilitation to deliver the impact you want, whether that’s generating new ideas, making an important decision or bonding a team together. 

You'll embed learning through a blend of videos, audio, reading and interactive exercises. You’ll leave with a range of practical tools, templates and handouts that you can dip into whenever you need. Plus, gain the confidence to adapt your style and plans to both online and offline facilitation as well unexpected events!

About your trainers  

Every module will be led by either Eleanor Gibson or Lianne Howard-Dace. Together, we have taught these skills to hundreds of people and have adapted the content to both online and offline facilitation. We’ll reveal everything we’ve learned about being exceptional facilitators.
