About the team
Emily, Lianne, Eleanor and Craig are all experienced fundraisers who work together as the Supporter Experience Collective . They are collaborating on this course to give you access to the full breadth of their expertise. Each will lead different elements of the course, ensuring that you get the richest experience and benefit from the latest thinking in the sector.

Nikki Giant & Jessica Nugent, UK Girls' Rights & Youth Team
Our first session with Eleanor was mind blowing. Literally that was the catalyst for everything else that has come since. We saw her do more in that 30 minute meeting than we would do in a while team away day. That's when we saw the possibilities of working differently.

Charlotte Fielder, Freedom From Torture
Thanks to the IG course (run by Craig) we included extra effort to understand the audience using identity pen portraits, kept the focus on the objective of donor development materials….and last year we managed to launch our most successful Christmas appeal ever!
